NISSAN NAGA or Lisam Enterprises, Inc. (LEI) popularly known as LISAM, had its humble beginnings as a trucking and trading business organized and established in Manila on January 4, 1979. Later that year, it has expanded its business activities to Bicol Region and based its operation on a rented facility at 39 Concepcion Grande, Naga City.

In February 10, 1994, the company was appointed as the authorized Nissan dealer franchise for the Bicol Region for light commercial vehicles. Its present company-owned facility includes a comfortable Nissan showroom, efficient Parts Depot and Service Shop, which was adjudged as the 1997 Best Provincial Dealer for Service Operation. In 1999, N-Star Dealer of the Year award was credited to credit to Nissan Naga.

From a handful of employees who joined the pioneering business endeavor, the company today under the leadership of its principal Mrs. Lillian C. Soriano, maintains a mean and lean work force manning a balanced business organization which has been able to carve a strategic niche in the Bicol economy.
